<p>For me it means that aps like <a href="http://tweetdeck.com/beta/">Tweetdeck</a> and <a href="http://seesmic.com/">Seesmic </a>will perform better. Things like <a href="http://dossy.org/twitter/karma/">Twitter Karma</a> will perform much better. Twitter Karma will now be able to work for accounts up to 15000 followers instead of just 10000.</p>
<p>If you use the web interface only. It means nothing to you. Don&#8217;t worry about it.</p>
