I can't seem to duplicate that! Would you mind posting some screenshots or emailing them to me at jcbentley83 at hotmail? I have dozens of accounts in an mcc and pull them all into adwords editor 7.5.1 and all I see are active, paused and disapproved, never any deleted ones. I am using version 7.5.1 Adwords Editor and it works just fine still today. It is 11 days after your comment, and I just did this with 2 ads and confirmed it with the online interface.
