If you need to get the closest major city to a user, check out my script (Lambda GeoIP). You can find the nearest major city to the user with a population of over 1 million, etc.

For most other purposes the MaxMind fits the bill.

Maybe try changing the quotes from these ” “ angled quotes WordPress likes to regular vertical quotes that your editor will type. It may or may not make the difference. Just copy/paste the code into your html view and then try to delete and retype the quotation marks individually. It may be the problem. I’m not certain though.

I was trying this in GoDaddy’s Website Tonight product and couldn’t get it to work. Does it not work in any HTML editor? Warning, I’m computer fluent but a newbie to internet marketing. thanks
